why we don't accept insurANCE
They only allow you to become good enough, but not your very best.
They put restrictions on the type of care AND the amount you can receive.
They don't cover athletes being guided back to sport at full capacity.
Insurance makes the decisions on your care, using someone who only knows you by your policy number - instead of you and your therapist calling the shots.
Level 33 was built because we know that athletes deserve better than that.

You work with us through simple contracts with NO surprise charges.
You & your therapist make 100% of the calls.
You are more likely to commit to your recovery because now you have skin in the game.
You can expect to be guided and supported the entire way, not left wondering what to do next.
You can still submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Possibility for reimburSEMENT
Only applicable for Physical Therapy service.
Depending on your plans Out-of-Network coverage and progress towards your deductible, you could get reimbursed for up to 50-80% of your investment.
This is highly variable as there are so many insurance plans. So, we cannot guarantee any reimbursement.
If you are interested in submitting to your insurance, let us know and we will provide you with the proper documentation.

This level of care is unable to be provided by places that accept insurance for PT.
